Our three and one-half story complex consists of 50 apartment units. Each apartment has a separate bedroom and combined living/dining/kitchen area, a bathroom, and either a balcony or a patio. The apartments are designed for individual living including meal preparation.

A congregate fills the gap between independent and assisted living. You must be 62 years or older with daily living skills.
Individuals 62 and older with annual incomes below $62,000 qualify. Households with two people who are 62 and older who collectively make less than $69,000 also qualify to apply.
St. Jude Common’s fees are broken into two categories; rent and congregate fees. The rent fee includes all utilities provided within your apartment and the congregate fee covers meal services, house keeping and staff support. $725 in rent and a congregate fee of $1,072.

Residents are expected to be able to care for their personal needs and services, however the congregate relieves them of the responsibilities of ordinary house living. Medical aid and or transportation of any sorts is not provided through our facility.
